Cakery Classic Buttercream is a delightfully sweet frosting with a velvety smooth texture. The recipe has been refined through two decades in the creative kitchens of Ericka Frank, founder of The Cakery and The Cup bakeries in St. Louis, Missouri. Ericka discovered the joy of baking and decorating her first cake as a young teen, and her passion still rises in her delicious home-baked and store creations. By popular request, Cakery Classic Buttercream is now available as a preferred icing for the most discerning of dessert lovers—and is the perfect topping to enhance all your pastry creations.

Vanilla Buttercream Frosting: pure cane sugar, vegetable oil blend (palm and palm kernel oil, soybean oil), skim milk, butter (cream and salt), contains less than 2% natural flavor, vitamin A palmitate added, beta carotene (color), soy lecithin, salt, water.

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting: pure cane sugar, vegetable oil blend (palm and palm kernel oil, soybean oil), skim milk, butter (cream and salt), contains less than 2% natural flavor, vitamin A palmitate added, beta carotene (color), soy lecithin, cocoa, salt, water.

Store in refrigerator or freezer. Bring to room temperature, stir and frost/dip! For maximum freshness after opening, store in refrigerator and use within 4-6 weeks. Unopened buttercream or dip may be stored up to 9 months in refrigerator or freezer. Can be kept at room temperature for up to four days.
