The Cakery Bakery’s signature raw cookie doughs are now available for home baking!

Chocolate chip cookie dough and sugar cookie dough are prepared in small batches with premium ingredients. 

Packaged in a one-pint container (approx. 1.25#).

Also available for pick-up from The Cakery Bakery.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: Flour, chocolate chips, brown sugar, vegetable oil butter blend [(palm and palm kernel oil, soybean oil), skim milk, butter (cream and salt), contains less than 2% natural flavor, vitamin A palmitate added, beta carotene (color)], sugar, pure vanilla extract, salt, baking soda.  Container yields ~24 heaping tablespoons.

Sugar Cookie Dough: Flour, sugar, vegetable oil butter blend [(palm and palm kernel oil, soybean oil), skim milk, butter (cream and salt), contains less than 2% natural flavor, vitamin A palmitate added, beta carotene (color)],
eggs, butter, baking powder, pure vanilla extract.  Container yields ~18 2.5-inch cookies.

Store in refrigerator or freezer.
Bring to room temperature before baking.

For maximum freshness after opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 1 week. Unopened dough may be stored for up to 9 months in a freezer.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop refrigerated dough by heaping tablespoon (and sprinkle, if desired) and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before storing. Cookies can be frozen in airtight container for up to 2 weeks after baking.

Sugar Cookie Dough: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll refrigerated dough 1/4 inch thick between two pieces of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Remove top layer of parchment, cut dough into shapes and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 7-12 minutes (depending on size of cookie) or until just beginning to brown. Cool completely before storing or decorating. Cookies can be frozen in airtight container for up to 2 weeks after baking.
