Shipping Information & Refund Policy
- All of our products are prepared and assembled with great care — and that takes time!
- All orders are shipped the week following the week they are placed or the date you selected.
- We ship Monday – Tuesday via UPS. Shipments should arrive in approx. 1-4 business days.
- We do not ship Hawaii or Alaska.
- We do not offer overnight or express shipping at this time.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
- If you need to adjust your shipping date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
- We cannot adjust a shipping date or destination address once the item has been shipped.
- We do not ship on holidays.
- We will adjust shipping dates around holidays as needed.
- Please make sure to order your holiday shipments early to avoid possible delays.

Refunds are not given for:
- Acts of God.
- Problems not related to or caused by Cakery Classic.
- Not following product care instructions.
- A shipment sent to the wrong address or unattended address.
- Problems or issues caused by the carrier.
