  • All of our products are prepared and assembled with great care — and that takes time!
  • All orders are shipped the week following the week they are placed or the date you selected.
  • We ship Monday – Tuesday via UPS. Shipments should arrive in approx. 1-4 business days.
  • We do not ship Hawaii or Alaska.
  • We do not offer overnight or express shipping at this time.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • If you need to adjust your shipping date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • We cannot adjust a shipping date or destination address once the item has been shipped.


  • We do not ship on holidays.
  • We will adjust shipping dates around holidays as needed.
  • Please make sure to order your holiday shipments early to avoid possible delays.

  • Not following product care instructions.
  • A shipment sent to the wrong address or unattended address.
